Ajuba Antibody (B-3) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-Ajuba antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-Ajuba antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The LIM protein Ajuba (JUB), a member of the Zyxin family, mediates various cellular events. Ajuba also plays a role in cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion and influences cell migration by regulating PI(4,5)P2 synthesis through direct activation of PIPKIa activity.
