Peptide (C)EDLKPQHRRHISIR, corresponding to amino acid residues 1863-1876 of rat Piezo1 (Accession Q0KL00). The peptide is located in an internal region of the rat Piezo1 (the exact topology of Piezo1 remains to be defined).

Anti-Piezo1 (extracellular) Antibody (#APC-087) is a highly specific antibody directed against an extracellular epitope of the rat protein. The antibody can be used in western blot, immunohistochemistry and live cell flow cytometry applications. It has been designed to recognize Piezo1 from mouse and rat samples. The antibody is will not recognize the protein from human samples.
