一 产品背景
IL-4主要由活化的Th2细胞和自然杀伤细胞表达,较低水平由肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞表达。IL-4通过IL-4Rα发出信号。当IL-4与受体结合时,IL-4刺激活化的B和T淋巴细胞增殖,以及B细胞向浆细胞的分化。它还诱导B细胞向IgE类转换,上调MHC II类的产生,同时减少Th1细胞、巨噬细胞、IFNγ和树突状细胞IL-12的产生。像其他Th2相关细胞因子一样,IL-4参与了过敏性哮喘患者肺部观察到的气道炎症。克隆号11B11单克隆抗体已被证明能中和天然或重组IL-4的生物活性 。
