神经节苷脂GD2在神经外胚层起源的肿瘤上表达,包括人神经母细胞瘤和黑色素瘤。GD2的肿瘤特异性表达使其成为用单克隆抗体或人工T细胞受体进行免疫治疗的合适靶标。克隆号14G2a是选自亲本产生IgG3的杂交瘤14.18的同种型开关变体,并且具有与亲本抗体相同的反应性。
