一、产品介绍
IL-4主要由活化的Th2细胞和NK细胞表达，肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞以较低水平表达。IL-4通过IL-4Rα传递信号。在受体结合后，IL-4刺激活化的B和T淋巴细胞增殖，以及B细胞向浆细胞的分化。它还诱导B细胞类转变为IgE，并上调MHC II类的产生，同时减少Th1细胞、巨噬细胞、IFNγ和树突细胞IL-12的产生。像其他Th2相关细胞因子一样，IL-4参与在过敏性哮喘患者肺部观察到的气道炎症。MP4-25D2单克隆抗体已经显示中和天然或重组人IL-4的生物活性。
