①什么是PCR array？

PCR array又叫功能分类芯片或PCR列阵，它是采用一种高通量的方法利用实时定量PCR技术聚焦信号通路、生物过程或疾病研究通路中的一组基因，同时检测多种基因的表达量。

它是分析信号通路或者生物学功能相关基因表达状态的首选工具，因为我们知道一个信号通路，它会有很多基因在里面参与，比如说受体分子，中间的转导分子，包括转录因子，包括转录因子所调控的一些基因，它会有一系列的基因去参与信号转导的过程，例如我们在实验当中加药，想要了解药物对WNT通路的影响，可是对WNT通路有那么多指标，搞不清楚它对哪个通路有影响？这时我们可以利用WNT通路 PCR Array试剂盒去检测加药组和非加药组，就可以知道 WNT通路里面哪些基因表达高了，哪些通路表达低了，是不是都没有表达变化？

所以筛选差异基因、探究分子机制、研究信号通路都可以用PCR Array，它完全克服了常规杂交芯片假阳性率高及海量数据难于有效分析的缺陷，使用方便，只需定量PCR仪就可以进行该实验。

案例1——PCR Array 与神经科学

这篇文章主要是通过PCR Array进行分子机制的研究。细胞经过皮质醇处理6h，通过核受体及共同调节因子PCR Array检测细胞中相关基因的表达，筛选差异基因，确定在NIX表达中占主导地位的信号通路（基因），即参与NIX调控的候选基因。
