Product Summary
The Parameter cAMP Immunoassay is a 3.5 hour competitive enzyme immunoassay designed to measure cAMP in cell culture supernates, cell lysates, plasma, serum, saliva, and urine.
Recovery
The recovery of cAMP spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated.

Linearity
