鸡胚提取物

鸡胚提取物是从生长9-12天的鸡胚中提取的，用于组织培养中的生长因子补充成分。
鸡胚提取物是一种优质蛋白质，蛋白质含量高，氨基酸模式与人体的氨基酸模式一致，具有丰富的矿物元素和维生素，具有很高的营养价值。它的K、Fe、Se矿物元素和维生素A、D、B2等含量也很高。这使得它不但具有补充这些营养素的作用，而且，还可能有一些保健功能。已有实验证明，鸡胚提取物能有效地改善小鼠的硒营养不良状态，提高低硒小鼠的GPX活性，清除过氧化物产物MDA。有文献提出鸡胚提取物还具有调节血脂的功能。
在磷酸盐缓冲盐水中以50%的提取物进行处理，补充100IU/mL青霉素、100ug/mL链霉素和2.5ug/mL两性霉素。将液体提取物无菌过滤至0.2µm，并在10mL等分试样中冻干。这种冻干粉的无菌性无法保证，应在重组后再次进行无菌过滤。

The proprietary process utilises 9-12 day eggs collected from registered flocks and found to be free from clinical signs of notifiable diseases.

It is processed as a 50% w/v extract in Dulbecco‘s Phosphate Buffered Saline. 100IU/ml Penicillin，100μg/ml Streptomycin and 2.5μg/ml Amphotericin are added as an additional safeguard.

Statistical samples representative of the batch are tested in agreement with cGLP to validate the product as being consistent with the designed quality standards of reliability and stability.
Typically used at a concentration of 0.1% to 2% in cell culture.
