FFPE Tissue Dissociation Kit

The FFPE Tissue Dissociation Kit enables gentle, rapid, and effective generation of single-cell suspensions from human formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Single-cell suspensions can subsequently be used for isolation of carcinoma cells, flow cytometry, or molecular analysis. This kit is compatible with the 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell Fixed RNA Profiling Assay, to generate single cell RNA-seq data from FFPE tissues following the protocol provided at link.
