BD Pharmingen™ FoxP3 Staining Kit - Alexa Fluor® 488 FoxP3, CD4, CD25

Flow cytometric analysis of FoxP3 expressed on peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD4 (Cat. No. 555349) and PE Mouse anti-Human CD25 (Cat. No. 555432) simultaneously.  Cells were fixed and permeabilized (see recommended assay procedure) followed by intracellular staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 Mouse anti-Human FoxP3 (Cat No. 560047). The two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing FoxP3 versus CD25 (Left Panel) or CD4 versus FoxP3 (Right Panel) expression patterns were derived from gated events with the light scattering characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed using a BD FACSCalibur™ System.
