PepTivator Dengue 04 Protein NS2a – RG

The PepTivator^® Dengue Virus Type 4 Protein NS2a is a pool of lyophilized peptides, consisting mainly of 15-mer sequences with 11 amino acids overlap, covering the sequence of the Dengue Virus Type 4 Protein NS2a. The sequence is derived from UniProt Acc. no. P09866 and covers aa 1128–1349 of the genome polyprotein.

In vitro stimulation of antigen-specific T cells with PepTivator Peptide Pools causes the secretion of effector cytokines and the up-regulation of activation markers, which then allow the detection and isolation of antigen-specific T cells.
