    Inhibition of Phospho-Rb-S780 in HT-29 cells
    Data show that treatment of HT-29 cells with palbociclib inhibits phosphorylation of Rb at S780.
    Z'-factor of Phospho-Rb (S780) in HT-29 cells
    The Z’-factor value of 0.72 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
    HT-29 control lysate titration (QC Test)
    Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
