person相关系数:相关系数的绝对值越大,相关性越强;相关系数越接近于1-1,相关度越强,相关系数越接近于0,相关度越弱。为了评估组织与类器官的一致性,采用配对法计算了组织和类器官之间的person相关系数,然后对相关性矩阵进行z评分。

    类器官RNA的提取和继续培养

    从一部分中直接分离RNA(RNeasy Mini Kit; Qiagen); 另一部分培养1周,然后分离RNA。我们根据制造商的说明制备了标记的反义RNA(Agilent Technologies)
