    Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human IFNα (IFN-alpha; IFNA; IFNA2b) in cell culture supernatants. The kit does not include a recombinant human IFNα standard, which must be purchased separately from R&D Systems® (catalogue number 11013-IF). A detailed assay protocol and full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
