    Stimulation of Phospho-AKT pan (T308) in NIH3T3 cells
    Data show that treatment of NIH3T3 cells with PDGF-AA stimulates phosphorylation of AKT at T308.
    Inhibition of Phospho-AKTpan(T308) in NIH3T3 cells
    Data show that treatment of NIH3T3 cells with Wortmannin inhibits phosphorylation of AKT at T308 by PDGF-AA.
    Z'-factor determination-NIH3T3-cells
    The Z’-factor value of 0.7 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
