Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with TNFα stimulates phosphorylation of NF-kB at S536

Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with IKK-16 inhibits phosphorylation of NF-kB at S536 by TNFα

The Z’-factor value of 0.78 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS

Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values
