Data show that treatment of B lymphocytes with IFNα2b stimulates phosphorylation of STAT4 at Y693.
Data show that treatment of B lymphocytes with JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT4 at Y693 by IFNα2b.
Data show that stimulation of phospho-STAT4 (Y693) in B lymphocytes can be detected using the 1-plate assay protocol.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio value.
